I am a psychotherapist with a particular interest in the field of pre and perinatal psychology. I have a deep appreciation for the innate intuitive potential of mothers and the innate intelligence, wisdom and awareness of babies and children. I am deeply passionate about providing a safe, nurturing and therapeutic space for mothers and babies to share their birth stories, express their deepest needs, and heal parts of their stories and themselves as needed. I am equally passionate about working with parents to establish and nurture secure attachment with their young children from birth through to the age of four years.

​I also work with women in the stages of preconception, pregnancy and birth planning. I love to work with women who want to deepen their connection to their babies in the preconception period and throughout pregnancy as this can establish a deeply respectful, trusting and connected relationship between you and your little one even before they are born.

I work from a psychospiritual lens holding the belief that we are all conscious beings. I believe that consciousness precedes conception and that it accompanies us on our journey through conception, life in the womb, birth and beyond. My clients tend to be those whom either share this belief or who are curious about their child's early life experiences and how these experiences may be contributing to current challenges. In saying that, I welcome women and families from all walks of life.
